Details and Colors - Morocco

Colours open up pathways where words often fall short. In the collages presented here, Morocco emerges as a multifaceted visual experience—shaped by light, materiality, movement, and atmosphere. Each work approaches the country through its own palette, capturing impressions that stood out during the journey.

The collages were created as part of an excursion in November 2025 to Marrakesh, Casablanca, and Fez. The focus lay on photography and ethnological methods of observation and documentation. Beyond collecting visual impressions, the central aim was to learn how to see: to sharpen the eye for detail, to perceive colours more consciously, and to rediscover the everyday anew.
